1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InternationalCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

InternationalCall provides Voice over IP (VoIP) calling services that allow you to make calls to landlines and mobile phones worldwide using your internet connection.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are prepaid and deducted based on call duration and destination rates
  • Credits do not expire
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Rates are subject to change with notice
  • We reserve the right to offer promotional credits at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
  • Resell or commercially exploit the service without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to place calls without approval

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VoIP call quality depends on your internet connection. We are not liable for service interruptions, call quality issues, or failed connections.

7. Emergency Services

InternationalCall is NOT a replacement for traditional phone service and cannot be used to call emergency services (911). Always have an alternative means to contact emergency services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InternationalCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, any remaining credits will be forfeited unless refund is required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
